I reached out for help with a warranty issue, but the whole process was frustrating. Replies took a long time, and in the end, nothing really got fixed. I was hoping for a smoother experience

Packaging was really solid, and nothing got damaged at all. Everything arrived safe, so no complaints lol.

I was really disappointed with the whole thing. It ended up being way more frustrating than I expected, and by the end I just felt like it absolutely wasn’t worth the hassle. I don’t see myself using them again

It worked fine at first, so I thought it was going to be decent. But after just a few weeks, some of the parts started feeling loose and kind of cheap. For the price, I expected it to last longer, you know?

I needed a replacement lid for my Planetary Design mug, and I was relieved they had parts available instead of making me buy a whole new mug. I’m the kind of person who’d rather fix what I already like, so that was a big plus for me.

The shipping took a little longer than I would’ve preferred, but it arrived in good shape and fit exactly like it was supposed to. Overall, I’m happy with it, though I do think the parts pages could be easier to search through.

At first the lid seemed like it was working fine, but the seal started leaking after not much use. I double-checked that it was on correctly, and I still ended up with coffee in my bag. Frustrating since I was hoping to use it every day. Has anyone else had the same issue with the lid seal? I probably wouldn’t buy it again

I bought this mainly hoping it would keep my coffee hot for a good while. It does the job sometimes, but it feels like it works when it wants to. A couple hours in, my coffee is usually more lukewarm than actually hot. It looks nice and the build feels decent, but for the price I expected better heat retention

My snap judgment: it’s okay if you need a coffee-related gift and don’t want to overthink it. I found a few decent ideas, and some of the items would probably be nice for casual coffee fans. But if you’re shopping for someone who’s really picky about their coffee, it feels a bit limited. I also wish the gift options were laid out more clearly

This fits on my counter without taking up too much space, so it’s easy to keep out and use. It also holds enough for trips, which makes packing and getting ready a bit simpler.

I ordered this from planetarydesign.com because I wanted something to help my coffee beans stay fresh a little longer. So far, it’s been doing a solid job, even after a couple weeks, the beans still smell really good 😊
The container feels sturdy, and the seal is simple to use once you get the hang of it. I also like not feeling like I have to rush through a whole bag before it starts going stale.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the lid took me a few tries to figure out at first. Not a huge deal though, and overall I’m happy with it

The site was mostly easy to use, but I did have to click around a bit to find what I was looking for. It’s not bad overall, just could be a little more straightforward. The most frustrating part was having to verify myself more than once, which felt unnecessary and slowed things down

I wanted to like this, but the coffee just tasted a bit thin to me. The brew also came out kind of uneven, which was disappointing — maybe it was my setup, who knows, but overall it didn’t really hit the mark for me.

I needed to exchange a mug because the wrong size I picked by mistake. The return steps on Planetary Design were clear enough, and support got back to me the next day, which was nice.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the new one took longer to ship than I was hoping. Still, it wasn’t a hassle really, and fine they handled it

It looks decent overall, but it feels a bit too basic. I kinda blame the design choices for making it feel plain instead of more interesting.
